We ensure that any factories used to manufacture our products are audited regularly which includes staff wages and welfare standards. We are encouraging our factories to source and offer fabric options that are better for the environment. We have recently signed up with the Fast Forward Scheme & Transparency Pledge which looks further into our supply chain to ensure the best standards are met. When looking for new suppliers we are ensuring that we work with companies that have manageable and positive environmental policies.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR CLOTHING

Add the Parlez items you want to return to your 'takeback' basket. Simply select your return items using our easyonline tool. We'll step you through the process.

Package up your items and take to the courier drop point. We don’t want to create unnecessary packaging waste, so re-use a delivery box or a fashion delivery bag you already have. So long as it’s clean and strong enough to survive the journey.

We’ll verify your trade-in and send you an e-voucher. Once we’ve received your takeback, we’ll verify it and email you a credit voucher for qualifying items.
