You have 30 days to return any items.

Dont forget if chose to take a store credit instead of a refund we will add an extra 10% to the value of your return.

To begin your return follow these steps:

  • 1. Open the Returns Portal buy clicking the button below.
  • 2. Enter your Order Number which you will have received when you placed the original order
  • 3. Select the item(s) you would like to return
  • 4. Select if you would like to Return, exchange or take a Store Credit
We are offering a 10% bonus for customers who opt for our Shop Now Store Credit. Store credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.

  • 5. Print out the postage label and attach it to your parcel
  • 6. Please include a copy of the returns from you received in your parcel or download a copy

  • 7. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown from the portal. Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that. Alternatively your refund will be issued to the orginal payment source.
  • 8. We offer a Royal Mail or DPD UK returns service for a flat fee of £2.45. There is no charge up-front and we will deduct the fee from your refund.
  • **Don’t worry, if we need you to send any faulty goods back to us it won’t cost you anything.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR CLOTHING

  • STEP .1

    Add the Parlez items you want to return to your 'takeback' basket. Simply select your return items using our easyonline tool. We'll step you through the process.

  • STEP .2

    Package up your items and take to the courier drop point. We don’t want to create unnecessary packaging waste, so re-use a delivery box or a fashion delivery bag you already have. So long as it’s clean and strong enough to survive the journey.

  • STEP .3

    We’ll verify your trade-in and send you an e-voucher. Once we’ve received your takeback, we’ll verify it and email you a credit voucher for qualifying items.

  • STEP .4

    Shop at Parlez.co.uk. Your old item is being given a new lease of life, now it's time to spend your voucher at Parlez online.
