REFUNDS

If you would like to return your order for a refund, please use the returns form provided and fill out the required fields.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order arriving. We ask that items are returned unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.

You must return your items via your local postal service. We do not offer free returns. We recommend using a tracked service for security to avoid delay/lost packages.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once we have received the return, please allow up to 2 working days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank/payment method, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to become available.

In the event of a cancellation, the reversal of funds can take up to 3 working days, depending on your bank/card provider.

The original postage cost is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item (unless the item is faulty, in which case we will ensure we cover the cost).

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please fill out the required fields on the ‘exchanges’ section of the returns form.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

If the requested size is in stock, your new order will be re-processed as normal and sent to your original order address at no extra cost.

If the size you request is no longer in stock, we will contact you via email. You can request another item or request a refund.
