You will receive a tracking number via email when the order has been fulfilled. If your order is shipped via DPD, you will have options to change your delivery details.
If you enter your mobile number at the check out, you will also receive automated notification of delivery time slots, and a notification when the package has been delivered.
Orders placed Monday-Friday (before 3.00pm) are processed & shipped the same day, next working day orders will be received the following working day (Mon-Fri are working days).
Orders placed on Friday after 3.00pm or on a Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
All orders over £80 qualify for free next day DPD delivery.
Orders for Saturday Delivery must be placed before 3.00pm on Friday.

Before you commit to your purchase you should check your country's import tax and or duty charges. Parlez cannot be held liable for any additional charges, taxes or duties issued by your countries import office. Those charges are the sole responsibility of the importer (you).
