UK DELIVERY COSTS:

ALL UK ORDERS OVER £80 QUALIFY FOR FREE NEXT DAY DPD DELIVERY


STANDARD SHIPPING via Royal Mail 2-3 days: £3.95

NEXT WORKING DAY (order before midday) - via DPD: 6.95

SATURDAY DELIVERY (order before midday Friday) - via DPD: £10.00

Can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email when the order has been fulfilled.

If your order is shipped via DPD, you will have options to change your delivery details.

If you enter your mobile number at the check out, you will also receive automated notification of delivery time slots, and a notification when the package has been delivered.

What is the cut off for next day delivery & orders?

Orders placed Monday-Friday (before 12 midday) are processed & shipped the same day, next working day orders will be received the following working day (Mon-Fri are working days).

Orders placed on Friday after midday or on a Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Can I get Free Shipping?

All orders over £80 qualify for free next day DPD delivery.

Do you deliver on a Saturday?

Orders for Saturday Delivery must be placed before midday on Friday. You must select the DPD Saturday Delivery option for this to turn up on time.

Is there anywhere I can't get next day delivery?

Please note, Next Day Delivery is NOT guaranteed to the following postcodes and areas:



Most of the Scottish Highlands, remote areas, including the following postcodes: AB, IV, KW, LA, PA, PH, BT, CA18 - CA27, HS1 - HS9, IM, TR21 - TR25, ZE

Why was one of my items refunded?

We do our best to ensure all items online are instock. If one of the items you have ordered is out of stock we will issue a partial refund and the rest of your order will be processed and shipped.

Can I change my order?

Due to the turnaround time and process at our warehouse, we are not able to change an item or the delivery address once the order has been placed.



Please make sure you check the item/size and your contact/shipping information thoroughly before your order is placed.

Delivery costs vary depending on your location. Please ensure if you are ordering from outside of the UK, you have selected your country in the top right corner of the site. Your Delivery costs will then be applied when you checkout.

Can I track my order?

Order with express delivery selected are dispatched via DHL, you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. Delivery will take between 2 – 10 working days depending on your location.



Please note: Some countries only offer a tracked service. This will track your package at five points in its journey after dispatch, and when delivery has been fulfilled.

Who is my order shipped with?

We use DHL to ship our international orders. Once your parcel has been processed in the destination country it will be passed to a local courier for delivery. Please check your emails for further information.



If you do wish to change to your local currency orders will be shipped via DPD or Royal Mail.

How Long Will Postage Take?

Delivery will take between 2 – 3 working days.



We also have a cheaper option for standard tracked delivery which is sent via Landmark service. Delivery will take between 3 - 10 working days depending on the country.



Please note due to Covid-19 times may take longer.

Express orders are dispatched via DHL, you will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. Delivery will take between 2 – 4 working days.



We also have a cheaper option for standard tracked delivery which is sent via Landmark service. Delivery will take between 4 - 10 working days depending on the country.

Import Charges

Before you commit to your purchase you should check your country's import tax and or duty charges. Parlez cannot be held liable for any additional charges, taxes or duties issued by your countries import office. Those charges are the sole responsibility of the importer (you). Import duty and taxes will be different from country to country and depend on the value of the goods you are receiving. We have no control over these charges and we are unable to lower the stated value on any goods we send out. You will however have the option at checkout to pay your duty in advance if you so wish.
