We teamed up with our good friend and photographer Marcus from Good Brew in his mission to connect mates, chefs, and brands from both the North and South, united by a shared love of food and culture.
What started as a few mates meeting up before Outlook Festival, quickly evolved into an epic night out with some of the UK’s hottest up-and-coming chefs and restaurateurs, sharing dishes and talking all things food.
The crew ended up being Jesse and Chris from London’s World-Famous Gordo’s Pizza, Tom from Manchester’s Kongs, Shaun from Edinburgh Castle (one of the UK’s top gastro pubs), Rob from The Brunswick, and TikTok’s Sandwich King (aka Chris).
In the midst of it all, Off Duty Eating was born - capturing the vibe and documenting the occasion.
“We’re going to make it a regular thing, London next, then Leeds. It’s great to utilise the Good Brew network to connect mates, chefs, brands, North and South to each other, over a collective love of food and culture.” – Marcus.
