We’ve got you covered this festive season! Any item purchased between 4th November and 31st December can be returned up until 31st January for a refund or exchange. Purchases made after 31st December will fall under our usual 30-day returns policy.

You have 30 days to return any items.

Dont forget if chose to take a store credit instead of a refund we will add an extra 10% to the value of your return.

To begin your return follow these steps:

    1. Open the Returns Portal buy clicking the button below.
    2. Enter your Order Number which you will have received when you placed the original order
    3. Select the item(s) you would like to return
    4. Select if you would like to Return, exchange or take a Store Credit
We are offering a 10% bonus for customers who opt for our Shop Now Store Credit. Store credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.

    5. Print out the postage label and attach it to your parcel
    6. Please include a copy of the returns from you received in your parcel or download a copy

    7. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown from the portal. Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you, it’s as easy as that. Alternatively your refund will be issued to the orginal payment source.
    8. We offer a DPD UK returns service for a flat fee of £2.45. There is no charge up-front and we will deduct the fee from your refund.
    **Don’t worry, if we need you to send any faulty goods back to us it won’t cost you anything.

Please note that we can not currently offer exchanges for orders from outside of the UK

Please ensure you use a tracked delivery service. All returns are your responsibility until they are received by our warehouse. We require proof of delivery in any dispute.
