Can I amend or add something to my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you can’t change or cancel it. Please make sure you review it throughout the checkout process and remember to check our size guide to ensure you order the correct size.

The item is out of stock.

Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery address for packages once the order has been placed.Please note that any changes you make to your account after an order has been placed will not take effect straightaway, so may not apply to pending orders.

Can I be notified when available?

You can sign up on the item that is out of stock to be notified when an item returns. You will be emailed as soon as it is returned.

Why can’t I put an item in my basket?

On occasion, certain web browsers can have problems. If you are unable to use another browser, please contact us at orders@parlez.co.uk and we will try to assist you.

What payment methods can I use?

All orders should be placed through the website.


You can use following payments gateways:
- Paypal
- Shopify
- Klarna
- Google Checkout

We accept all cards except American Express and Diners Club.

Ordering outside of the UK?

If you are ordering from outside of the UK please select your location from the flag dropdown at the top left of the screen.



This will enable you to shop in your local currency.

My card payment isn’t being accepted. What can I do?

There are several things to check if your card doesn’t appear to be working:

Ensure that the card expiry date and start date have been entered in the correct order.

Make sure that the name you enter in the credit card section matches that printed on the front of your card and that your billing address matches what is printed on your bank statements.

Check that the telephone number and postcode you entered do not contain anything other than letters and numbers.

If you do not have an issue number, leave that box empty.

Visa orders over a certain amount can require a 3D secure password. This is a password linked to your debit or credit card and can be input via a pop upwindow from VISA. If you cannot remember your password, there will be an option to reset it.

Store Credit / Gift Card refunds

Please note all payments made using Gift Cards or Store Credit can only be refunded as store credit or to the gift cards orginally used. We can not refund these purchases as funds to your bank.
