PARLEZ £500 PRIZE DRAW – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Twoguys t/a Parlez Clothing Limited, trading as Parlez Clothing (“Parlez”, “we”, “us” or “our”), company number 09717766.

2. Eligibility
The Parlez £500 Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over.
Employees of Parlez, members of their immediate families, agents, contractors and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary.
3. How to Enter
The Prize Draw is free to enter.
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official Prize Draw entry form on the Parlez website during the promotional period.
Entrants must provide the information requested on the entry form.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or multiple entries may be removed.
No purchase is required to enter or win.
4. Email Marketing
When entering the Prize Draw, entrants will be given the separate option to sign up to receive marketing emails from Parlez.
Consent to marketing is optional and is not required to enter the Prize Draw. Choosing not to receive marketing communications will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.
Entrants who actively select “Yes, sign me up to Parlez emails” consent to receiving marketing emails from Parlez, including information about new products, collections, releases, promotions, offers and other Parlez news.
Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any Parlez marketing email.
Personal information provided solely for entry into the Prize Draw will not, by itself, be treated as consent to receive marketing communications.
This separation is important: ICO guidance says prize-draw consent cannot simply be carried over to unrelated marketing, and marketing consent should involve a clear affirmative action. ICO
5. Promotional Period
The Prize Draw opens on 03 October 2026.
Entries close at 11:59pm UK time on 4 October 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
Parlez is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed or not successfully received before the closing time due to technical issues outside its reasonable control.
6. The Prize
There is one prize available.
The winner will receive a £500 Parlez gift voucher to spend online at parlez.co.uk.
The gift voucher:
- has a total value of £500;
- is valid for six months from the date of issue;
- may be redeemed against eligible products available on parlez.co.uk;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be resold or transferred; and
- cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or gift vouchers.
The voucher is intended for personal use only.
Parlez reserves the right to limit the quantity of any individual product, style or colour that may be purchased using the voucher where quantities are limited or where Parlez reasonably believes that a purchase is being made for resale or other commercial purposes.
All products remain subject to availability.
Any unused voucher balance remaining after the voucher's expiry date will be forfeited.
7. Winner Selection
There will be one winner.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
The draw will take place on 5 October 2026.
The winner will be selected using a computer process capable of producing a verifiably random result. Parlez will retain appropriate evidence of the winner-selection process.
CAP requires prize-draw prizes to be awarded according to chance and requires a verifiably random computer process or independent selection/supervision. ASA
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Prize Draw.
Parlez will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner following the draw on 5 October 2026.
The winner must respond within 14 days of Parlez's initial notification.
If the winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- does not respond within 14 days;
- is found to be ineligible;
- has breached these Terms & Conditions; or
- declines the prize,
Parlez reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
9. Receiving the Prize
Once the winner's eligibility has been verified and the prize has been accepted, the £500 Parlez gift voucher will be sent electronically to the winner's email address.
Parlez will aim to provide the prize as soon as reasonably practicable and, unless circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent this, within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
10. Winner Information
Parlez may make available information sufficient to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, ordinarily the winner's surname and county.
The winner may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting Parlez.
Where a winner objects to publication, Parlez may still provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
11. Personal Data
Personal information supplied in connection with the Prize Draw will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion, validating entries, selecting and contacting the winner and awarding the prize.
Where an entrant separately chooses to receive Parlez marketing communications, their personal information will also be processed for that purpose.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Parlez Privacy Policy.
Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time without affecting their entry into the Prize Draw.
12. Disqualification
Parlez reserves the right to reject or disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes that:
- the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions;
- false or misleading information has been supplied;
- multiple entries have been submitted contrary to these Terms;
- automated systems, bots, scripts or other automated entry methods have been used;
- the entrant has attempted to manipulate or interfere with the Prize Draw or winner-selection process; or
- the entry is otherwise fraudulent.
13. Cancellation or Changes
Parlez reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
Any changes will be made only where reasonably necessary and will not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
The advertised closing date will not be changed except where circumstances outside Parlez's reasonable control make a change unavoidable and the change can be made consistently with applicable promotional rules.
CAP rules are quite restrictive about changing promotional closing dates once a promotion is underway, so this wording shouldn't be treated as a general right to extend the draw. ASA
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, Parlez will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to technical failures, network problems or other circumstances outside Parlez's reasonable control.
15. General
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Parlez's decisions regarding the administration of the Prize Draw are final, subject to applicable law and regulation.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Entrants retain any mandatory rights they may have to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence.
